BOOKING POLICY

Deposits are not required upon booking, but a valid debit or credit card must be on file to secure your appointment and will not be charged at the time of booking. Card or cash are accepted the day of appointment.

 


Please note all card payments will be charged a 2.6% convenience fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Client's must cancel or reschedule appointment at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation policy goes unfollowed, the card on file will be charged 75% of the service cost.

 

We allow a 15-minute grace period. If grace period goes over 15-minutes, it's considered a no show and you will be charged 99% of service cost.

 

No call no shows will be charged 99% of the service cost and will be blocked from future booking.
